Licensed to fill
We are trusted by independent bottlers and distillers alike to bottle their product for distribution, and we are licensed by the HMRC Spirit Drinks Verification Scheme to bottle Scotch whisky of all types. Our bottling equipment can also handle all spirit products, from cognac to tequila. We can handle all stages in the process of transferring spirit from cask to bottle, including reduction (dilution), colouring, and blending, and supply glassware and dry goods for your bottling run.
Reduction, colouring and filtering
Cask strength or bottle strength? Coloured or natural? Time-old debates, but whatever your preference we can facilitate either. We can assist with sourcing water for reduction as well as reducing your spirit and colouring to your specification.
Bottling
Our automated ATEX bottling line ensures your spirit is filtered and bottled efficiently and safely into the glassware of your choice with your desired closure. We can handle bottles of all shapes and sizes, and any custom requirements you may have can be facilitated.
Labelling
Front and back labels can be applied to straight sided or conical bottles in house with our automated labelling machinery. Have a more complex labelling idea? Talk to us and we’ll try to make it happen.
Packing
Once your bottles are perfected, you will most likely want to pack them on to pallets for shipment. We have expertise in preparing some of the most valuable bottles in the world for shipment so you can rest assured that your finished product is in safe hands.
